Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer in-person appointments?
Currently, I am only offering distance counselling in the forms of Phone and Video services. If you prefer in-person, please reachout to me for possible future arrangements for meeting in London, Ontario.
In your credentials what does "Qualifying" mean?
As a College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) member, I am required to identify my credentials as "Qualifying" until I complete certain requirements such as a registration exam and a number of clinical supervision consultation hours. I am diligently working towards meeting all existing requirements, unfortunately due to COVID-19, avenues to meet these requirements have been postponed. If you'd like more information about my credentials or experience please reach out to me directly.
Do you take insurance?
What do we do if there is technological issues and we can't connect for our appointment?
Online counselling is great in that it's convenient and allows for you to express yourself in new ways yet there is also aspects of this modality that not even I have control over- such as power/ internet outages and technology issues.
